Marv and Carol Eggert recently returned to Minnesota after 25 years in Illinois. Marv is an active biker and free-lance photographer; so Lanesboro is a perfect place for him! He is a retired engineer  (but not yet ready to fully retire).
Carol is our resident homemaker who uses her Home Economics degree to bring imagination and creativity to breakfast. She is an avid reader and has stocked our library with as many books as we could fit on the moving truck (she had to leave some behind).

Missy, our calico cat, is a beloved member of our family. She is a little shy, so you may not see much of her unless she is watching the birds out the window (her favorite activity). Missy is not allowed in the guest bedrooms at any time.
We’re learning quickly about Lanesboro and Bluff Country. The scene on the right is typical of Fillmore County. Let us help you find things to do and places to go. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in Lanesboro so much that you will make a return visit very soon.
