Private Dinner for Two - Menu
Chicken Breast - stuffed with ham and havarti cheese.
Steak Roulade -Top sirloin steak stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, red onion and smoked Gouda cheese in a chipotle sauce.
Pork Diablo - lightly breaded pork tenderloin medallions in a spicy brown sugar and mustard sauce.
Vegetarian entrees and special diet meals are available upon request.
Side Dishes - A common side dish must be selected from the following menu:
- Wild rice with mushrooms,
- Barley, leek and mushroom risotto,
- Garlic cheese mashed potatoes,
- Couscous
All meals are served with dinner rolls, salad, vegetables, and a dessert. Meals are catered by the Lanesboro Pastry Shoppe. Cost: $30 (tax and tip included) per plate. Menu selections must be made 3 days prior to the meal.
