At Hillcrest Hide Away we aim to provide a comfortable place for you to take a break from every day life. With that in mind, we have the following policies:
1. Our cat Missy, will feel sad if she thinks she is not the queen of the house, so we cannot provide lodging for any pets. Missy roams the first floor public areas but will
never be on the second floor or in guest rooms.
2. Children under age 12 may stay in
certain situations. Please call us for more information.
3. There is a charge of $25 for each additional person in your room.
All basic room prices are based on double occupancy.
4. Check in time is from 3-7PM. Please call us if you are going to be arriving after that time. Check out time is 11AM.
5. A deposit of $50 or a credit card
number is required to reserve your room. Cancellations made 14 or less days from the reserved date will
result in a charge of $100 on your credit card. If we are able to
re-rent the room, we will issue a $50 gift certificate toward a future
stay.
6. Continental breakfasts can
be served your sleeping room when requested the night before your
stay. An additional fee of $10 will be charged.
7. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the Hillcrest Hide Away property.
8. We expect guests to respect the privacy of the hosts and the guests in
the house.
9. When you refer someone to
us, and they mention it when making their reservation, we will reduce the
charge for YOUR next visit by $10.

send a brochure to you outlining our special considerations for you and
your staff.
11. Gift certificates are available for the amount of your choice.
