bird watching destinations. After breakfast, set out with a bird
identification guide, a map to birding sites, rented

Bob's Avian Acres just
outside Lanesboro.

After breakfast, golf
on the Rivers’ Bend Golf Course
- a challenging course that plays over the Root River and through the
valley. The longest hole is a 590 yard, par 5 over the river, dogleg
left.

Chicken breast stuffed with
ham and havarti cheese
Steak Roulade
– Top sirloin steak stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, red onion and
smoked Gouda cheese in a chipotle sauce.
Pork
Diablo-
lightly breaded pork tenderloin medallions in a spicy brown sugar and
mustard sauce.
Vegetarian entrees and special diet

Side Dishes - A
common side dish must be selected from the following menu:
- Wild rice with mushrooms,
- Barley, leek and mushroom risotto,
